Full Telecommunications Procurement: NFP Sector

A Not-For-Profit organisation with 80 sites, 750 full time staff engaged ENG to develop a telecommunications strategy, run a procurement process, undertake contract negotiations with the successful bidders and project manage the implementation.  The scope of the project included the WAN, LAN and cabling, mobile services, Internet services, Voice over IP telephony solution and videoconferencing.  The telepnhony solution was to be integrated with MS Exchange 2007, and MS OCS R2.

The implementation project was completed on time and on budget.  The business case for the project was reviewed post-implementation and the promised financial and business benefits of the project have been realised.
